Motion Blur Effect

In this tutorial I will be showing you how to create a motion blur effect behind the main focal point of the photo

Step 1. First off, choose your picture. Something with a main focal point and a nice backdrop. I chose this photo

Step 2. Open up your image in photoshop, duplicate your base layer
Step 3. Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur. Put your distance setting to 20px. And make sure your angle is at 0

Step 4. Take a glow brush, and start erasing the duplicated layer where the main focal point is, in this case, erase the blur off of the girl in the picture, dont erase the background.
